Laser Photonics, the industrial brand of Fonon Technology International, manufactures world class Fiber and CO2 laser systems for the automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics, defense, solar, semiconductor and flat panel display markets. Applications cover laser cutting, scribing, dicing, singulation, UID marking and engraving.

Laser Photonics also handles OEM product lines of CO2 and Fiber Lasers that utilize FTI's patented technologies. These OEM Fiber Lasers and CO2 lasers are distributed on the open market directly to high-tech equipment manufacturers as well as to our own equipment manufacturing divisions. We have highly trained laser, optics and electrical engineers and physicists available to offer support in easily integrating our lasers into stand-alone equipment or into fully automated manufacturing lines.

The full marking, cutting and engraving product lines demonstrate significant advancements over existing technologies. These advancements translate into numerous cost and performance benefits to the end users of Laser Photonics’ equipment.

Fiber Laser Technology is competing with old Nd: YAG for marking of metal and plastics, and is also competing with CO2 for cutting sheet metal. The Fiber Laser is more energy efficient than both the YAG and CO2 laser.
