Svetlana Nikitin, Corporate Secretary, CFO

Svetlana Nikitin is currently responsible for financial operations. She has been actively involved with the company since 2001. She received her Economist Diploma from the highly regarded Moscow Institute of Economy and began her career at the Scientific and Production Association in the Ministry of Electronics of the Soviet Union. Throughout her business career she has worked in the area of Economics and Finance, specializing in International transactions, electronic banking, and accounting staff supervision.

Arnold Bykov, Chief Design Engineer, Laser Cutting Technology

Arnold Bykov is currently responsible for the industrial design and technological process of ZWLCTTM - Zero Width Laser Cutting Technology. Almost 20 years of his engineering career have been invested in the development of industrial equipment for high-tech industries. The majority of those developments were prepared for Laser Cutting Technology related products through his work with a team of other FTI engineers during the last 15 years and directly for FTI for the past five years. Mr. Bykov received a number of state awards and certificates of invention for the development of the Laser Cutting Technology. He graduated from Minsk Polytechnic University in 1966 and worked his entire professional career as a design engineer and project engineer, supervising a number of design teams.

Vladimir Nemera, Chief Design Engineer, Electronics and ZWLCTTM Process Control

Vladimir Nemera is currently responsible for the electronics systems of all FTI product lines, as well as process control for laser welding and laser cutting. Mr. Nemera graduated from Radio Engineering Institute and has accumulated 20+ years of electronic design and manufacturing experience. He was chief design engineer in the Research and Development Association Ruh, with responsibilities for FTI related projects. He was personally in charge of the development of a special motion system for FTI laser cutting applications. For the past four years, Mr. Nemera has worked directly at FTI Austria on the development of industrial prototypes of different machinery. Mr. Nemera has received awards for his designs and his products have been presented at international shows and technical conferences. Mr. Nemera's experience allows him to be a major contributor to the company and increases his ability to be instrumental in educating new engineering staff.

Edgardo Rodriguez, Director of Sales

Mr. Rodriguez has been involved in sales and marketing for equipment in High Tech industry for the past 15 years, managing Far East and Latin America regions. He received electronics training from Keesler Tech, and a Physics degree from the University of Utah. He has been managing sales for laser equipment manufacturing since 2005.

Wayne Tupuola, Vice President of Operations

Wayne Tupuola joined FTI as VP of Operations in 2007. He is currently in charge of all FTI manufacturing operations. Wayne is a graduate of the University of Phoenix. He has 15 successful years serving at c-level management capacity and more than 24 years hands-on experience in the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Food & Beverage and Commercial Industries including: Sumitomo Corp, the world's second-largest wafer manufacturer, On Semiconductor, one of the world's largest semiconductor components
companies and Thermo Electron one of the world’s leading analytical instruments, lab equipment and industrial equipment manufacturers.

Scott Bond, Director of Recruiting

Scott is currently responsible for all recruiting functions and also deals with immigration and human resource issues. In September 2006 Scott joined FTI as the Director of Recruiting. He is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with a major in communications. Scott has been an executive recruiter for approximately 9 years.

Kristen Breunig, Marketing Manager

Kristen Breunig joined Laser Photonics in 2006 as a graduate with a marketing degree from the University of Central Florida. She is from Miami, Florida and has lived and studied marketing in Orlando over the last 6 years. Specializing in trade shows and market development for FTI over the last 2 years has provided her with invaluable insight into the laser industry. Having gained this valuable experience she is now managing the department and building a team for each FTI brand.

Jeffrey J. Walters, Multi-Media / Web Development Manager

Mr. Walters has a diverse background of business development including experience with multimedia, Web development, database administration, systems integration, marketing and sales. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He has been developing browser based systems and technologies for Fonon Technology International since 2006.

Jeffrey Cornell, Sales Manager

Mr. Cornell has over 5 years experience in technical sales. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He has been with FTI since 2007.

Eric Crawford, Sales Manager

Mr. Crawford has 12 years of experience in managing a sales force for worldwide manufactures. He attended Seminole community college for business Administration. He Joined the FTI team in 2005 and immediately became the top account manager. This led to his promotion in 2007 as Sales Manager.

Ryan Semmer: Industrial Product Marketing Manager

Mr. Semmer has been involved in sales and marketing for over a decade. After graduating from Bradley University with a B.A. in Marketing and Psychology, Ryan spent most of his career as a marketing director for international manufacturers and running a marketing consulting business. He has just finished authoring a sales and marketing system for the medical industry. He joined FTI in 2008.

Michele A. Kucinski, Human Resource Manager

Ms. Kucinski has over 15 years of progressive Human Resources and Management experience in the multiple industries. She has a BA in Management/Human Resources from Webster University and received her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She joined FTI in 2008.

Rick Landeau, Manager of Customer Service

Rick has been in customer service for over 30 years. His electronics training was at Brown Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His background in providing customer service includes: Hewlett Packard, Diasonics, Medstone, Creo Inc, and Kodak. He joined FTI in 2008.

Lee Adams, Manager of Information Systems

Mr. Adams studied computer systems and system management at Winter Park Technical Institute. He has been working full time with computers and solving IT issues since 1996. He joined the FTI team in May 2007 and has been responsible for quickly growing and maintaining our internal technical systems.

Michael Moore, Facilities Maintenance Manager

Mr. Moore is a graduate of Gordon University in electronic engineering. He has been working in maintenance and as a supervisor for the past 18 years. His certifications include ISO 9000 Training, SPC Training, Certificate of Completion in PLC training through ITT, training in Industrial Motor, just to name a few. Michael joined the FTI team in 2008 and is in charge of maintenance and safety throughout our facility.
