FTI Phase I Growth a Success

FONON TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL - LAKE MARY, FL., AUGUST 3, 2008 - Fonon Technology International is proud to announce the recent burst of growth experienced by Laser Photonics LLC, its largest division. Laser Photonics has opened up many new positions and has increased their hiring to an all-time high. The superior fiber laser product lines offered by Laser Photonics have become widely recognized throughout North America, leading to more large accounts and positions to fill.

Laser Photonics clients range from all industries including automotive, medical, aerospace, and general manufacturing. In such a fast changing industry, Laser Photonics has not only managed to provide innovative products but consistently bettered the quality and services. The efforts to better the quality have been rewarded aptly by the increase in clientele.

The CEO of the F.T.I Demitri Nikitin p.h.d. says, “There are other companies that deliver similar products, what sets us apart is our superior technology and our price competitiveness. Our efforts have been to work with our clients to provide state of the art cutting and marking systems at a reasonable cost. There has already been an increase in the staff to cope with this demand. Laser Photonics in-house recruiters are now working around the clock to ensure that the right candidates are placed in the shortest amount time. The next step for Fonon Technology International is to incorporate the successful business model used for Laser Photonics to its other divisions Fonon DSS and Advanced Solar Photonics. Fonon DSS concentrates on the flat panel display market while Advanced Solar Photonics focuses on laser scribing and edge deletion of solar panels.

The CEO, Demitri Nikitin announced “Fonon Technology International is currently manufacturing world-class equipment for glass scribing (CO2), cutting, ITO removal, and wafer and chip marking, incorporating the new generations of fiber lasers.  A primary focus will include semiconductor wafer dicing by supplying systems utilizing the Zero Width Laser Cutting Technology ®  (ZWLCT®) in conjunction with fiber lasers.  “Our R&D stage has been validated and Fonon believes that it possesses the best and the most effective technology for display glass and wafer dicing available on the market today”.
